Rich The Kid and Chicago artist Famous Dex recently bumped into a TMZ camerawoman while smoking the dopey dope on Rodeo in West Hollywood. The camerawoman thought she had her camera lense focused on the self-proclaimed rockstar Lil Uzi Vert. Dexter laughed it off and continued on his way.
