Glo Gang rappers Tray Savage and Blood Money dropped their official music video for single “Nino Brown,” an ode to the fictional drug czar from 90s film “New Jack City.”
The intro to this visual even features a sound byte from the film.
This track is a trap anthem for the two artists. The Ben Hughes visual behind this single helps provide the viewers a visual look at the trap lifestyle.
Tray Savage talks running his trap, a.k.a the Carter, in his verse. Running a trap equates to power for Tray. What come with this reign of power are drugs, money and violence.
“They say the money bringing more power/Since Nino in the trap, we got that power/The trap it do a million off the power,” he raps.
Blood Money channels the energy of Nino Brown in this visual if not being the actual Nino Brown himself.
Blood talks having youngins sell work for him, rapping, “Them your shorties, but them n****s work for me though.”
Tray and Blood make an oath to say “Nino” when questioned by the police.
