Robert, 22, filed a motion to get a judge to set a bond on his first-degree murder charge, XXL reports.
Robert’s attorney wants his client out on bond to tend to his pregnant girlfriend. His attorney stated that “the proof is not evident nor the presumption great that the defendant committed any crime.”
Robert won’t likely be freed on bail due to his attempt to evade arrest. He fled the state of Florida after X’s murder and was on the run for a month before he caught hiding at his sister’s home in Georgia.
Robert pleaded not guilty in X’s murder. He is due in court on Sept. 27.
X was gunned down inside his car during a botched robbery on June 17.
