Adrien Broner is not having the best night after his shocking Welterweight title loss to challenger Marcos Maidana.
The jokes that followed on social media didn’t make matters any better.
Chicago producer Young Chop was one such jokester who let the former Welterweight champ have it.
Chop first taunted Broner after messaging fellow Chi Town rapper Lil Durk.
“@lildurk_ yo Boi got his ass beat,” he wrote.
Lil Durk had the honor of walking Broner to the ringside Saturday night. He performed his hit song “Dis Ain’t What U Want.”
Chop then joked Broner would not be logging onto social media following his loss.
“He not going get on twitter for a week now lmao,” he wrote.
Chop commented on Broner’s loss in an IG video, saying, “His ass gon get on Twitter, talking about ‘Man, fuck all yall. He hit me on the cheap side.’”
Broden’s loss sparked an immediate influx of jokes and memes that will keep the boxer from logging on no time soon.
Chop uploaded a meme of his own to IG.
“Let god be with him at all times,” the caption on Chop’s post read, which featured Broner holding on to the ringside’s ropes.
A meme retweeted by Chop featured an image of Martin Lawrence’s infamous injuries following his loss in a boxing match in an episode of 90s black sitcom Martin.
Broner was nearly knocked out twice in the Alamodome during his match with Maidana. Broner was handed the first loss of his career after unanimous decision by judges.
