Meek Mill said some damaging allegations on Drake’s artistry early Wednesday. The Philly native accused his Canadian rap counterpart of using ghostwriters.
Chop took to Twitter to weigh in on the dilemma, writing, “On some real sh*t none of these n*ggas write there on raps lol.”
Drake didn’t directly respond to Meek but did issue a response to his critics when communicating with famed battle rapper Hitman Holla on IG.
“I see da foolishness, you know me & Showw not buying it .. U our guy keep killing u motivate n*ggas like us! #BallGame,” Hitman wrote.
He then went on to quote Drake’s lyrics from Drizzy’s “5 AM in Toronto.”
“I show love never get the same outta n*gga I guess it’s funny how money can make change outta n*gga foreal,” he wrote.
Drake replied, “I signed up for greatness. This comes with it.”
