Chicago filmmaker Dishawn Curry opens much needed dialogue on the socioeconomic conditions plaguing his hometown in his documentary “Chiraq Conversations In Ground Zero.”

Curry’s doc features some of Chi Town’s hottest MCs for this project, including, Do Or Die, FBG Duck, Ayoo KD, Reggie Baybee, Bo Deal and more. Waka Flocka even offers his thoughts on the violence affecting the black community.

This doc also features some hard-hitting commentary from “Hidden Colors” filmmaker Dr. Umar Johnson. Johnson broke down how the structure of impoverished black ghettos benefits the economy for the City’s elites.
