Laticha Bracero, 42, and daughter Alyssa Cordova, 21, were killed after they were struck by a speeding vehicle upon leaving a Drake concert in St. Louis.

The two were walking away from the Enterprise Center when a gray Jeep Cherokee ran multiple red lights and struck them. Bracero died at the scene, and Cordova died after being taken to the hospital. Three other people were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

The driver of the vehicle, 22-year-old Monte Henderson, was transported to a local hospital in critical condition and later charged with two counts of involuntary Manslaughter First and two counts of Armed Criminal Action.
