Authorities responded to a situation at a Taco Bell in West Palm Beach around noon on the 4300 block of 45th Street.

Police confirmed that an incident occurred inside the restaurant, prompting a response from officers. One individual was taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation, and another person was detained at the scene for questioning as part of the ongoing investigation.

A witness, Rob Steiner, told WPTV he was inside the restaurant at the time and noticed a sudden disruption that caused people to quickly leave the building.

Steiner also captured video from inside the location, showing activity among employees and customers shortly before the situation unfolded.
