Beanie Sigel is Philly’s top OG and one of the trailblazers of the City’s Hip Hop movement. Beanie took to IG to weigh in on Meek Mill’s controversial beef with Drake and AR-AB.
Beanie first slammed his City’s own for not riding for Meek Mill.
“Typical house n****s quick to turn they back on their own people! I hate yall D**k heads,” he wrote on IG.
He then attempted to serve as mediator in the beef.
“…This thing bigger than Nino Brown,” he wrote. “… First & foremost who really care about Meek & Drake rap beef… that whole situation gay.. Meek said what he said and Drake did what he did !!! Bottom line. I’m not choosing sides in none of this s**t.”
Sigel said despite allegations of Drake of using ghostwriters, he’s still going to “bang” the Toronto rapper’s music.
The “Broad Street Bully” then weighed in on Meek’s decision to go at AR-AB.
“You have to choose your battles carefully and be prepared for the outcome good or bad,” he said. “…But this about to move somewhere else beyond rap. …Somebody mite die over this stupid s**t… it don’t be AR, Meek or Drake.
Sigel said the casualties would be members of both parties’ entourages who’d want to prove their loyalty.
Sigel offered advice to both artists.
To AR-AB, he said, “Don’t fall for the banana in the tailpipe & sacrifice something or someone over this gay s**t. Do your thing and get your money homie.”
To Meek, he said, “Tighten up your circle. Get them yes men from around you that’s not going to keep it [100] when you make a bad decision.”
Beanie ended his post saying he’s just simply for Philly.
