Qawmane Wilson, known to friends as Young QC, appeared a before judge Monday on charges of murder and home invasion in the death of his mother Yolanda Holmes.

QC’s father, Jeffrey Todd Wilson, is serving a life sentence in prison for murder after setting fire to a home in 1990.
