Chicago Artist Vonmar Captures Footage Of Shooting At Mr. G’s Nightclub



Tragedy occurred last Thursday inside a Chicago nightclub after a gunman fired several rounds into a crowd striking seven victims.

Chicago artist Vonmar has live footage of the incident. He included a snippet of the melee in his music video “Soaring.”

“NEW VIDEO JUST DROPPED !!!! LIVE FOOTAGE OF MR.G SHOOTING ALSO!!” the rapper wrote on his Twitter account.



Artists King Samson and Lil’ Mouse, who both performed at the event, took to Twitter to rebuke the violence.

“CONDOLENCE TO THE PEOPLE WHO GOT HURT IN THE CLUB VIOLENCE LAST NIGHT..CHICAGO WE GOTTA DO BETTER #STREETGOD,” King Samson wrote on his Twitter account.



Lil’ Mouse expressed similar sentiment.

“Omw 2 lunch I hope everybody ok dat was at MrGs n dat shooting shit crazy n #ChiRaq,” the “Hella Bandz” rapper wrote.



A 19-year-old woman was shot seven times, ABC 7 reports. Six men, ages 21 to 36, were also hit.

The victims were listed in stable conditions after being taken to local hospitals, the Chicago Tribune reports.

Authorities are still searching for the perpetrators in the incident.
