Chief Keef and his Glo Gang team are against the highly publicized remix to “Faneto.”
GBE Antonio took to IG to issue a public service announcement regarding the planned remix.
“This sh-t is going to far. All this ‘Faneto’ remix sh-t. This sh-t is not real,” he said. “I don’t know what the f-ck going on. If it ain’t from the gang, it’s not real. I present yall the real remix of ‘Faneto.’ This with the gang members- Tadoe,Bally, Capo, Fredo, Reese. That’s the real ‘Faneto.’ One more thing, if anybody got a problem with what I’m saying and what I’m talking about, yall can get at me. It’s not hard to find me. I’m out here. Gang sh-t.”
Sosa took to IG to also say there is no “Faneto” remix. He instead promoted his upcoming “We Want War” record featuring Fredo Santana and Lil Reese.
“Faneto Remix No! We Want War Yeah! Reese money Chief So Fredo Bandana,” the caption on his post read.
Sosa is referring to his upcoming GBE collaboration with Reese and Fredo. Fredo streamed a snippet of the new record for fans.
This comes just hours after Chance The Rapper announced he was also tapped to appear on the record alongside Chief Keef, Lil Bibby, Lil Herb and King Louie.
“Faneto rmx w/ all my brothers @KingL @ChiefKeef @LilBibby_ @LilHerbie_Ebk,” he wrote on Twitter.
King Louie took to IG early Thursday to reveal the cover art for the remix, which revealed himself, Lil Bibby and Lil Herb as guest features.
“Blame @djpharris,” the caption on his post read.
DJ Pharris teased a snippet of the upcoming remix.
Lil Bibby and Lil Herb have already teased their verses.
In Bibby’s 30-second teaser, he raps, “Young Bibby I be thumbing through that check/$30,000 on my neck, b-tch/Straight gas, no stress b-tch/Whack a n-gga, scratch his ass off the check list.”
Herb vibes to his record in his short video where he can be heard, rapping, “I look like a stain, Faneto!/B-tch, I got 30 in my thang, plus three more.”
