Fredo soon recorded smash hits of his own that included “Wild N****s” and “My Lil N*ggas.”

Fredo Santana appeared to be holding true to his word. His healthier stance caused him to lose a lot of weight. Fredo took to IG to show off his new physique, and put on emphasis on his anti-Lean stance.
“Hope y’all staying away from that Lean Ain’t no drank, man,” he said before lifting up his shirt to show his slimmed down stomach. “It’s about weed, man. Do it look like I be sipping Lean? I lost the Lean gut.”
Mozzy soon became the latest rapper to take an anti-lean stance.
“Shout out to everybody that’s been tapping in as far as a n***a slime addiction, sending positive vibes and all the ganster s**t,” he said. “We legitimate on my mama. It’s been like 10, 12 days or some s**t. It’s been hard to kick that s**t. We still bricked up though. I had a couple bricks in the closet.”
Mozzy called for his followers to kick the Lean habit as well.
“Any young n***a doing that s**t, this should influence you to stop. If it don’t, drink a lot of water at the minimum. …F— that cup,” Mozzy said while pouring an entire bottle of codeine-promethazine onto the ground of a local gas station. “They say health is wealth. I need my bag.”
Fredo Santana co-signed Mozzy’s stance against Lean.
Fredo wrote in Mozzy’s comment section, “I’m almost 60 days clean bro f**k dat lean s**t.”
