Chief Keef was arrested early Monday, June 12 prior to boarding a flight at the Sioux Falls Regional Airport after TSA found marijuana in his carry-on bag.
The drugs included edibles and marijuana blunts, KSFY reports.
Sosa was then charged with possession of drug paraphernalia of marijuana and possession of between two ounces and a half-pound marijuana, the Argus Leader reports.
Fredo Santana is upset with his cousin’s management for not properly checking Sosa’s baggage before boarding.
Fredo shared a photo of Sosa in a Sioux Falls jail suit onto his IG account with a caption, reading, “4 blunts an a edible on bd folks don’t even eat edibles im smaking the s**t out one of his managers.”
Chief Keef was released from jail Tuesday after posting $2,000 bail. Sosa appeared in a Sioux Falls courtroom where he pleaded not guilty to felony and misdemeanor drug charges, KDLT reports.
Sosa also signed an extradition waiver because his home is out of state, the Argus Leader reports.
Sosa has a preliminary hearing set on June 28.
