Fredo Santana wants to be the “best” in all of his ventures. Fredo is aiming to use Hip Hop as a vehicle to accomplish this feat.
It was after Fredo discovered he had a “little fan base” that he decided to prove himself.
“That’s why I put so much music out,” Fredo told Village Voice. “I groomed myself into a rapper. I want to be the best to rap. The best entertainer, entrepreneur. That’s what I want to be.”
Fredo is speaking his ambitions into existence. The “Scary Site 2” rapper launched his own record label Savage Squad Records and a clothing line.
Fredo signed four South Side Chicago artists to his label, including, SD, Gino Marley, Cdai and BossTop. Fredo is building his label to be the next 90s powerhouse Death Row Records.
“#DoubleSR #SavageSquadRecords we the new Death Row @GinoMarley @SD_GBE300 #SSR squaddd,” he wrote on Twitter.
Fredo is offering his clothing line under the flagship record label.
The merchandise includes shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies with the wording “Trappin Ain’t Dead,” “Savage Squad Records” and “Fredo In The Cut.”
