G Herbo and Lil Bibby are through with the trash talk. The two artists are going to put their money where their mouths are and settle their differences once and for all on the basketball court.
Bibby revealed during an interview with Slam that him and Herb are playing for cold hard cash.
“We’re supposed to be playing one-on-one for 2 grand soon,” he said. “This man is pigeon-toed and slow-footed. He can’t stay in front of me, and we’re finna get it on camera.”
Lil Herb challenged Bibby to a game during his interview with HotNewHipHop.
“I’m busting Lil Bibby ass as soon as we get the chance,” he said.
Herb said there is no way to describe his game.
“I just get on the court and I perform,” he said. “If was to compare myself to someone in the game it would be a Tayshaun Prince cause I can do a lot. I’m long. I can shoot the ball. I can dribble the ball. I can rebound.”
Herb praised Bibby’s skill on the court.
“Bibby good as f**k,” he said. “That’s how he got the name Bibby. Bibby got a good shot, dribble, moves.”
Lil Bibby professed he was like Allen Iverson with the crossover on the court during his recent interview with HotNewHipHop.
“When I was younger, I used to be nice with the moves,” he said. “I used to make people fall on the concrete. You know how hard that is? …And I had the shot. That’s where I got the name Bibby from.”
Bibby said G Herbo “wasn’t that nice” on the court.
“I know he probably told you he was nice, but I don’t know what’s going on with Herb brain cause he think he was really nice, but he really wasn’t,” Bibby said. “He got okay at the end…”
Herbo regarded basketball as his “first love” during his sit-down Shade 45 radio interview with Jazzie Belle TV and DJ Kayslay. The NLMB rapper eventually got kicked off of his basketball team for being “in and out the streets” and “f*****g around.”
“My coach was on some sh*t,” he said. “…He knew what I was on.”
“I was on some wild sh*t gang banging and getting in trouble in school, just fighting and crazy sh*t,” Herb said. “…Just all type of wild sh*t.”
