Chicago-bred female artist Tink is climbing quickly in the ranks on the underground rap scene. The 17-year-old high school senior, born Trinity Home, recently dropped her highly anticipated “Blunts & Ballads’ mixtape on Dec. 28.
The teenage emcee has piqued fans’ curiosity with her unique talent. She incorporates lyricism and soulful vocal skills to set herself apart from competition.
As far as competition goes, Tink may be a step ahead. The artist has social media buzzing with rumors of her potentially signing to Interscope Records.
“Interscope has the mixtape. Blunts and Ballads,” she wrote on her Twitter account.
Tink then added more fuel to the fire after the release of her “No Competition” music video. The video features cameo appearances from Glory Boyz Entertainment members SD and Tray Savage.
