As a convicted felon, Kodak is not allowed to own a gun under Florida state law.
The indictment states Kodak lied twice on the forms, in January and March, for purchases or attempted purchases at Louās Police Distributors, a popular gun store in Hialeah.
The forms asks the applicant is he or she is facing an indictment or āinformation in any courtā for a felony in which a judge could send him or her to prison for than a year.
Federal prosecutors will return to court on Wednesday to ask a judge to keep Kodak behind bars.
