Lil Durk is active in his community. The OTF boss gave back to his South Side Chicago community by giving away backpacks to children.
Durk was pleased with his efforts.
“It feel good,” Durk said. “It was different. It’s a different experience. The vibe was crazy. It’s really ours. When you attach on to somebody else’s you feel it a little bit.”
He continued, “You can say it all day like, ‘Yeah, we gon do this.’ But when you actually touching their hands, really giving them bookbags. It make you feel good. You really helping them. Some of em really ain’t got s**t.”
Durk is a real life “Neighborhood Hero.”
