Lud Foe was arrested Thursday morning after he lost his temper and became violent following an argument with his girlfriend at his home, the Herald News reports.
Lud Foe, whose real name is Willie J. Akins, is accused of beating his pregnant girlfriend and her mother, Joliet Patch reports.
The incident happened around 9:40 a.m. when an argument erupted between himself and his 24-year-old girlfriend who is six months pregnant. Foe allegedly slapped her in the face, and then threw her off the bed.
The girl’s 44-year-old mother was also inside the home, and tried to intervene. Foe allegedly slapped her in the face, and pushed her.
Lud Foe then reportedly yanked the telephone cord out of the wall after his girlfriend attempted to call the police.
The girl’s mother hit the panic alarm button on the home security system, and Joliet police later arrived.
Foe was then handcuffed and arrested, and taken to Will County. He was released Friday around 6 p.m. after posting $5,000 bond.
Foe faces three criminal charges of committing domestic battery.
