A member of Phi Beta Sigma was arrested on felonious assault charges after brandishing a gun during a fight inside a Coney Island restaurant in Ypsilanti Township, MI, according to annarbor.com
Ronjour Jacobs, 32, of Ann Arbor, is facing three charges of assault with a dangerous weapon as well as charges of assault and battery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and brandishing a firearm.
Jacobs, along with several members of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, were caught on surveillance assaulting a young man and woman in the Jan. 11 brawl. Jacobs later can be seen pointing his gun at the young victims.
Jacobs and associates fled before authorities arrived.
Jacobs is currently being held on $100,000 cash bond. A pretrial hearing is set for March 4.
