Phi Beta Sigma & Zeta Phi Beta Members Fight In Michigan Coney Island Restaurant

Members from two prominent fraternities and sororities were caught on camera engaged in a vicious brawl on Jan. 11 at a Coney Island restaurant in Ypsilanti Township, MI.

Surveillance footage shows Phi Beta Sigma and Zeta Phi Beta members in the wee hours of the morning fighting a young man and woman. The altercation took a turn for the worse after one of Phi Beta Sigma members pulled out a gun and pointed it directly at the victims.

The suspects fled the restaurant before authorities arrived.

The man with the gun was later identified as 32-year-old Ronjour Jacobs of Ann Arbor. He was arrested on felonious assault charges, according to annarbor.com

Jacobs reportedly faces three charges of assault with a dangerous weapon as well as charges of assault and battery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and brandishing a firearm. He is currently being held on $100,000 cash bond. A pretrial hearing is set for March 4.
