Prince Dre is currently hard at work on his upcoming mixtape “OBlock Ass N*gga: Underrated.” Dre took a break from the studio to sit down with Hip Hops Revival. The OBMG rapper touched on several important topics, including his OBlock neighborhood and Boss Top’s legal woes.
Dre said Parkway Gardens is still the most dangerous block in Chicago, citing a controversial 2014 report from the Chicago Sun Times.
“It’s still the dangerous block in Chicago,” he said. “It’s still bussing on the block. It’s still O’Block. It’s still the same. It’s just getting wild. Bossing up on y’all ass.”
Dre later opened up on BossTop’s recent arrest.
Boss Top was recently arrested in March for home invasion with a firearm. He is being held on $1 million bail.
“Bro good,” Dre said. “Bro a be home real soon. Free Bossnem campaign. Free the guys, free folks. You know I’m finna turn up for bro. Folks get out, folks gon turn up.”
