Reality star Lil’ Scrappy recently revealed his allegiance to the notorious street gang Gangster Disciples.
The Atlanta native wrote on his Twitter account, “GD FOLK.”
The Gangster Disciples are heavily active in Atlanta.
The gang was in the news after allegedly showing up to a scheduled Meek Mill album release party to confront the rapper.
The gang is involved in a brewing beef with Maybach Music Group camp.
Meek wasn’t able to make his release party after purportedly being arrested. But the rapper may have skipped out due to threats from the GDs.
Rick Ross responded to the gang threats to during an interview on WEDR-FM 99 JAMZ with radio host Felisha Monet.
“If I go to Chicago, I’d go anywhere, so don’t get it twisted,” he said. “When you pull up the footage of me walking out in Chicago on the stage with the chinchilla dragging on the floor, you let me know if that’s the swagger of someone that’s in fear of their life!”
