A teenage suspect was not charged in the shooting that occurred in the mansion of Chief Keef’s manager Uncle Ro, according to the Chicago Sun Times.
Police took the unnamed suspect in for questioning Friday. But authorities had to release the suspect without charges after the victim in the shooting failed to show up to identify him in a lineup.
The victim, a 33-year-old man, was critically injured in the shooting and placed in the intensive care unit at Skokie Hospital. He has since been released.
Authorities are investigating whether the shooting is linked to an armed robbery that was allegedly reported inside the home hours before the shooting.
