Tekashi69 may have won another legal case. Santiago Albarran, 16, accused Tekashi of choking him at a Houston mall earlier this year.
Tekashi was upset with Albarran for recording him at Galleria Mall, and grabbed him by the neck.
Footage of the incident shows the “Gummo” rapper gripping the young man’s collar.
The Brooklyn rapper yelled at him and told him to delete the footage. He also claims Tekashi grabbed him by the neck.
The young man @Santi_7272 took to Twitter to give his version of the incident.
Santi wrote, “I JUST GOT CHOCKED BY TEKASHI 69 AT THE GALLERIA (Houston, TX) IN FRONT OF MY PARENTS. MY MOM, BROTHER AND DAD LITERALLY HAD TO PULL ME AWAY FROM HIM AND HIS GOONS. I WAS RECORDING HIM WHEN HE DECIDED TO CHOKE ME HARD AS HELL. If you have any vids of this please send them)”
