Young Dro was sentence to 12 months in jail for assaulting his girlfriend with banana pudding.
Last week, the “Shoulder Lean” rapper pleaded guilty to one count of battery/family violence. Fortunately for Dro, he was only ordered to serve 70 days.
The Atlanta rapper got credit for 20 days already served. Fulton County Court officials told TMZ he’ll get an extra day of credit for each day served on good behavior.
Drop could get out as early as October 5, but still have to remain on probation for the remainder of the 12-month sentence.
Dro’s will have to submit to a drug/alcohol evaluation within 30 days of his release.
He’s also been ordered to undergo domestic violence counseling, and cannot drink or take drugs while on probation.
He’ll also have to take random drug tests and forfeit all weapons.
