15-Year-Old Boy In ‘Gangster Disciple’ Shooting Held On $950,000 Bail



The teen suspect in a shooting that left a 14-year-old boy hospitalized is being held on $950,000 bail, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

Henry Jackson, 15, was charged with attempted first-degree murder and aggravated battery/discharge of a firearm after shooting Jeremiah Sanders in front of the teen’s home. Jackson, along with two others, allegedly asked the teen if was a Gangster Disciple before firing six to eight shots.

Sanders suffered gunshot wounds to his legs and arms. He is recovering in Comer Children’s Hospital where he is listed in stable condition.

Jackson’s rap sheet includes a 2012 juvenile conviction for robbery.
