Robeson High School has emerged as Southside Chicago’s hotbed for rap talent. Some popular names that attended Robeson include Young Chop, Smylez, Lil JoJo, Lil Mister, Famous Dex and Ayoo KD, to name a few.
Famous Dex revealed during an interview with ZackTV1 that he also attended school with Def Jam artist Lil Durk.
“…We went to Robeson with Lil Durk,” Dex said. “To Be Honest. Durk was my man’s in school. I ain’t gon lie. All that GD…I don’t give a f*ck about that. I’m on the road to riches right now. I see him, we be GD, BD… after high school, everybody went their separate ways. Everybody in their own lane, everybody doing their own thing.”
