Zach Tomaselli, who accused Syracuse Univerdity assistant basketball coach Bernie Fine of molesting him, has plead guilty to sexually abusing a 13-year-old boy, according to the Chicago Tribune.
Tomaselli, 23, pleaded guilty to gross sexual assault, unlawful sexual conact and two counts of visual sexual aggression. He has since been released on $2,500 bail.
On Tuesday, he entered a plea deal that limited his prison time for sexual abuse of the boy at a Main day camp where he had worked as counselor.
Tomaselli, 23, faces up to three years in jail when he is sentenced in February.
