Gakirah Barnes’ brother, identified as Cooperator 3 in Federal documents, is set to testify in the upcoming FBG Duck RICO Trial set to begin October 10.
We reported days ago, he’s going testify that K.I. murdered Odee Perry on Thursday, August 11, 2011, and K.I. herself was murdered by King Von on Friday, April 11, 2014.
K.I.’s brother is also set to testify about another murder in the back-and-forth bloodshed between O’Block BDs and St. Lawrence GDs. O’Block T.Roy and 600 D.Rose, according to him, murdered 16-year-old Dale Fischer aka Squirrel the afternoon of Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011 in the St. Lawrence neighborhood.
T.Roy, real name James Johnson, was murdered Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at age 23 after he was shot in the chest in a store in the South Shore neighborhood.
D. Rose, real name Ahbir Sardin, is currently serving 40 years in prison after he was convicted of fatally shooting 14-year-old Venzel Richardson on Feb. 12, 2014 while he was walking to the store with friends. D. Rose was 17 at the time of slaying.
ABC 7 Chicago reported Dale, too, was walking to the corner store with a friend to buy a bag of potato chips when a gunman leaned out of a two-door silver car and shot him in the chest several times.
STL Dale, according to K.I.’s brother, was not a gang member. K.I. and Dutchie would repeat this on Twitter.
K.I. wrote on Twitter, “Li Dale n Modell wasn’t wit da shyt dey was only around it.”
Dutchie wrote on Twitter, “He was a innocent bystander.”
You gotta feel for Dale’s family that it took a federal RICO case to reveal the suspected killers behind the teenager’s murder. It must be noted that Dale is not even the focus here. Nonetheless, hopefully, it brings them closure.
