It seems like Chicago rapper Chief Keef has squashed his beef with pop singer Katy Perry after she issued an apology via Twitter.
Katy Perry apologized to Chief Keef for remarks she made about the Interscope artist’s track “Hate Being Sober.”
“Mr. Keef! I’m sorry if I offended you. I heard a lot of people guesting on the song & didn’t even know it was you in particular. Actually…
“I’m a fan of your “Don’t Like” video tbh. I was really just having a general opinion on our generations desire to be constantly intoxicated.
“Believe me, I’m a lover not a hater. X,” she wrote.
Chief Keef soon apologized for his remarks as well.
The “California Girls” singer initially took to Twitter to comment on the track.
“Just heard a new song on the radio called ‘I hate being sober’ I now have serious doubt for the world,” she wrote.
Chief Keef slammed Perry via his Twitter account.
“Dat bitch Katy Perry Can Suck Skin Off Of my Dick
“Ill Smack The Shit out her,” he wrote.
The Interscope artist even hinted at making a diss track, titled “Katy Perry.”
“New Song Katy Perry Coming Soon,” he wrote.
I guess we won’t be hearing any Katy Perry diss track from Chief Keef anytime soon. Sound off below.
