2 Chainz Pays Disabled Veteran’s Rent For An Entire Year and Buys New Furniture

2 Chainz was in a giving mood this Christmas season. The “Birthday Song” rapper has paid a year’s worth of rent for a single mother of a 14-year-old son through his “Tru Foundation” charity. 2 Chainz’s gift was also made possible through proceeds from the “Dabbin Santa” sweaters he is selling online, according to Fox 8 Cleveland. 2 Chains made his way to Palmetto, GA to surprise the disabled veteran with new furniture.

“I was just expecting to come and get him and take him out to eat for his birthday,” Dierdre Plater told WSBTV. “I’m just overwhelmed and overjoyed at this point.”

2 Chainz took to his IG account to speak on his charitable donation.

He wrote, “@DabbinSanta started out as a trendy guy but has grown & become a blessing. Not only did he stop eviction for this lady who served out country and help keep a roof over her sons head but he fully furnished there home!! All of that was made possible by YOU supporting #DabbinSanta Lets keep it going!!! If you know someone in need this holiday please share your stories”

“It’s hard to keep gas in the car, food in the house, and do everything by myself being a single parent,” Plater told KMOV. “I am on a fixed income.”

2 Chainz’s good deeds didn’t end there. He also played a football game with the children in the community.

Salute to 2 Chainz on his charitable act.
