August Alsina Honors Women From The ‘Ghetto’ In Music Video Featuring Rich Homie Quan

August Alsina has unveiled his newly released visual for “Ghetto,” an ode to his urban queens.

August honors his roses that grew from concrete in latest track, crooning, “You ain’t gotta half a million dollar condo, you ain’t gotta hundred thousand dollar car/But you got a billion dollar body trust me I know/You keep it hood no matter where you are/Cause you come from the ghetto/Love em from the ghetto”

Rising Atlanta MC Rich Homie Quan lends August some assistance, rapping, “She was born and raised in the projects/Never listen to what what other guy say/She been going through shit, I can tell, cause her eyes red/Her heart hurt, it been beat up/I want to start over, don’t mislead you.”

August released his solo debut EP “Downtown: Life Under The Gun” Aug. 20 via iTunes and Amazon.
