Bo Deal Disses Gucci Mane, Slams Gang Violence

Bo Deal is on a mission to unite gang-affiliated music artists from his hometown of Chicago.

His hometown, dubbed “ChIraq,” has long faced a crisis of violence due to its deeply embedded gang culture.

Bo Deal attempted to diffuse gang beefs in new song “Ima Opp” where he espouses his allegiance to his city.

“I don’t care what you think about it, I f*ck with my whole city,” he raps.

But the concept of his Dark Mirror Films visual may have gone over fans’ heads.

The term “Opp,” shortened for “opposition,” is used as a disparaging term for a rival gang member.

“Sum people so simple minded! Ima opp is basically saying I fucks w/my whole city on the music side!

They street beefs have nothing 2 do w/me,” the Bricksquad Monopoly rapper said.

Bo Deal is a veteran in the game and will use his experiences to spread wisdom unlike, according to him, his boss Waka Flocka’s rival Gucci Mane. He further wants help end the lost lives ended by gang violence.

“Ima OG I ain’t tryna be 30 sumn actin like Gucci! I dont condone us killing each other so if me supporting everybody make me an opp so be it,” he wrote.
