Capo Says Glo Gang’s Guns Are Fake

Capo wanted to issue a statement on the controversy surrounding Glo Gang’s fondness for firearms.

The Glo Gang rapper posted an image of two “prop guns” to IG with a caption, reading, “Cpd Northfield Deerfield And All the other Police Departments Watchin my Page! The Feds To These Are Prop Guns Dey not real we just use Em For movies And Videos do to da Label!”

Multiple media outlets probed images of Sosa and Glo Gang affiliates in possession of guns following an allege shooting that occurred at manager Uncle Ro’s home early Wednesday morning.

WGN reports one of Sosa’s affiliates was shot by another friend present in the residence. This individual, who remains unnamed, is reportedly in stable condition at Skokie Hospital.

The victim allegedly called WGN newsroom, saying, “Chief Keef shot me.”

Glo Gang toted big guns in the Sosa’s forthcoming “Close That Door” music video.

Capo, Tadoe, BallOut and Justo make guest appearances.

Capo posted a menacing photo of himself and his crew.

“We got Lots of guns N*gga! A lil Case Ain’t Nun n*gga! We better Not Catch None Slippin,” the caption read.

Other photos of the strapped crew are just as threatening.

Sosa has been in trouble in the past for handling firearms.

On Dec. 2, 2011, Police responded to a call of shots fired just before noon on the 6100 block of South Indiana, according to DNAinfo.com.

Police confronted Chief Keef as he was walking out of his grandmother’s apartment complex. Chief Keef, who was 16 years old at the time, brandished a loaded “blue-steel handgun” and eluded police for a half-block before being apprehended.

While in pursuit, police fires several shots at Cozart, but missed, according to a police report obtained by DNAinfo.com

Though the rapper, born Keith Cozart, didn’t fire his weapon, he did point his gun at officers- twice.

Cozart reportedly was charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a firearm on a police officer and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon- all felonies. He was sentenced to home confinement at his grandmother’s house

Chief Keef remained on probation following his release from home confinement. This ended up biting him later in the butt after he was charged with violating his probation for handling a firearm during an interview with pitchfork.

He was subsequently sentenced to 60 days in juvenile detention.
