A concerned Chicago citizen recently captured footage of a CPD officer sleeping in his vehicle. A young male recording the officer was upset the officer was not working to keep his community safe. He commented that the area has high criminal activity. A boy, he said, was recently gunned down and robbed of his cell phone not too far from where the officer was napping.
