Chief Keef Says He Was Banned From BET For Missed 106 & Park Appearance

Fans may have wondered why Chief Keef has yet to make an appearance on BET.

Sosa shed light on the matter after a fan raised the question on social media.

“Ok.. Fat trel on BET but @ChiefKeef not tf lol,” the fan wrote.

Sosa replied, “@_LOLSHAUN BET banned me along time Ago Becuz I didn’t attend 106 Cuz I ain’t f****n feel like it!”

Chief Keef revealed last June he snubbed a scheduled appearance on 106 & Park to get high.

“…I aint feel Like goin i was Getting high,” Chief Keef told a fan.

Sosa’s souring relationship with the media brand continued long after his 106 & Park snub.

Chief Keef was upset with the network’s decision to not invite him to perform at the 2013 Awards show.

Fans hoped Sosa would perform, but he commented it was unlikely because BET is “scared” of him.

Sosa later went on a rant venting his frustrations against the network.

“Man Dey ass Scared Of Us,” Keef wrote on his Twitter account.

“#FuckBetAwardzYoungestHottestTalkedAboutNiggaOnEarthNeverBeenOnBet #MtvTmzLoveMeDoeShoutOutDem,” the caption on Keef’s Instagram account read.

The embattled rap star even vented his frustrations in a video posted online.

“Man, f*ck BET!” Keef said. “We out here, man. Leaning. If we go to the BET Awards. Chains getting took. B*tches getting f*cked. They mommas getting f*cked. Steal, pregnant… everything.”

Sosa has since change his tune against BET, saying he plans to make up his missed appearance.

“I turned Down 106&park before But I still love y’all tho Ima make it up,” he wrote.

But Sosa will have to worry about BET later as he is preparing for the release of his sophomore album “Bang 3.” The project is slated to drop March 3.
