Singer Frank Ocean revealed on Twitter his father has been trying to contact him.

Frank Ocean, who was raised by his single mother Katonya Breaux Riley in their hometown New Orleans, sarcastically responded to his father.

“Just found out my absent father’s been cyberstalking me, hi dad,” he wrote.

Frank Ocean has been in the news as of late after announcing his first love being a man. His mother offered her love and support for him via Twitter.

“My son is brave and honest and I am very proud of him,” she tweeted. “I wish more people in the world could be brave enough to be who they really are.”

Riley thanked her son’s supporters and fans.

“Thank you to all who have shown love and support,” she wrote. “My son is the most incredible human I know. Honest, true and loving. We appreciate you!”

Frank Ocean’s debut album Channel Orange drops in stores on July 17.
