Lil JoJo, born Joseph Coleman, would’ve turned 20 years old Sunday, April 6, 2014. Friends and Family spent that day celebrating the life of the aspiring Chicago rapper who lost his life Sept. 4, 2012.
Swagg Dinero issued a short PSA in honor of his brother early Sunday.
“JoJo Day 20-14, 2-4-1-4 on foenem… that’s JoJo Gang on foenem,” he said. “Everybody turn up for my little n***a, man cause I’ma turn up.”
Footage surfaced of many teenage Englewood residents taking to the streets Sunday night to honor the slain rapper.
Others additionally took to their social media accounts to celebrate JoJo’s birthday.
