G Count Talks Solo Career & New Venture ‘L.E.P. New Regime’

G Count of L.E.P. Bogus Boys opened up on his split from former partner in crime Mooney and upcoming ventures during an interview with DJ MoonDawg of WGCI radio.

“Let me clarify. I am L.E.P.,” Count said. “We started that down on the low end. I’m always going to be L.E.P. My new movement is L.E.P. New Regime.”

Count said the split from Mooney was in the best interests for his career.

“It was a business decision,” he explained. “The vision I got for it… the management wasn’t taking me in that direction. We ran its course with that…pack L.E.P. up and we gone.

“Moonie, that’s part of Infrared,” he continued. “We came together. I brought L.E.P. over there. L.E.P. doing our own thing and Infrared doing their thing. Moonie doing his thing, I’m doing my thing.

“Sometimes, you makes business decisions, people get personal about it. It’s a decision that had to be made,” he added.

The month of May proved to be a busy month for G Count. The Chi Town rapper was embroiled in a rap battle with Game following the West Coast MC’s 100-bar jab at Lil Durk in Tyga’s “Chiraq To L.A.”

Count responded with the hard-hitting track “F*ck The Game Up.”
