Gucci Mane’s ‘Everybody Looking’ Sells Only 68K Copies In First Week

It was in late May when Gucci Mane reintroduced himself to the world following his release from prison. Guwop showed off a thinner and muscular frame, prompting many to think he was a clone. But it was indeed Guwop. The publicity surrounding Gucci’s release may have served as the reasoning for the title of his latest project “Everybody Looking.” Wop released his project last week and the numbers are now in. The Southern Trap King moved 68,000 copies of his project, landing at the No. 2 spot on Billboard 200 list. Gucci can count his current standing on the Billboard 200 as a success. His last project “The Appeal: Georgia’s Most Wanted,” released in 2010, came in at No. 4.

Wop is set to release a collaborative project with Drake, titled “6ers.”

“It’s in the works right now,” Zaytoven told Pigeons and Planes. “When Drake came over to the house to shoot a video, him and Gucci got to talking about making something. It will be a small EP.”

Zaytoven went on to reveal the possibly title for the project.

“I think it might be called 6’ers, you know, because Gucci is from Zone 6 and Drake is from Toronto, the 6,” he said. “It’s definitely happening.”
