Gunna is listed in a grand jury indictment with YSL boss Young Thug and Cedric Jones.
Gunna, whose real name is Sergio Kitchens, is facing misdemeanor charges of window tint violation and possessing less than an ounce of marijuana.
The case stems from September 2017 when police arrested the three men after allegedly finding narcotics, Lean, guns and $50,000 in cash in their 2016 Mercedes Benz Maybach during a traffic stop.
The YSL boss, whose real name is Jeffery Lamar Williams, is charged with possession of meth, hydrocodone, and marijuana with intent to distribute as well as having three other controlled substances and a firearm during the commission of a felony, Fox 5 Atlanta reports.
Thugger, Gunna and Jones are set to be arraigned in a DeKalb County court on Oct. 9.
