Trouble seems to follow Jeremih everywhere. This time around, the R&B crooner was arrested for DUI in California, according to AllHipHop.

The 28-year-old Chi Town artist was pulled over by California Highway Patrol around 2:15 a.m. on Monday, July 17, TMZ reports. The “Birthday Sex” singer was charged with a misdemeanor DUI and released on $15,000 bail.

Jeremih previously made headlines after he was arrested for disorderly conduct after he attempted to sneak on a U.S. Airways flight in a Newark, NJ airport.
