Joey BadA$$ and BJ The Chicago Kid Revive Mike Brown and Trayvon Martin In ‘Like Me’ Music Video

Joey BadA$$ cooked up a smooth thought-provoking joint for all to vibe to. Joey premiered the single on The Tonight Show and followed it up with some nice visual aesthetics.

Joey collabed with BJ The Chicago Kid who adds soulful harmonies on this record.

Life is an every day struggle for Joey. The BK rapper touched on police brutality in his visual where Mike Brown and Trayvon Martin are revived in its conclusion.

Joey raps, “Cause every time I make a move they be sweatin me/They want another black man in penitentiary/It’s even hard for that man standing next to me/Cause he could catch a bullet that was really meant for me.”

The lyrical New York City bandit puts together impressive wordplay in an equally impressive visual.
