Katt Williams Granted Bond After Arrest For Fighting Boy

Katt Williams turned himself in to authorities Wednesday after he was charged with disorderly conduct for fighting 17-year-old Luke Walsh.

Williams opened up on the fight during his concert at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Katt told the audience the young boy was being disrespectful during their soccer game, and he only wanted to discipline him.

“You a little boy, I’m a grown ass man,” he said. “I can hit you with this broken fist. I just want you to have a bloody mouth, so you can have this lesson later that’s what happens when you say slick sh*t to grown ass men because maybe them n****s can’t teach you that. A n***a that can hit is a n***a that can pull out a gun and blow your motherf*****g brains out. Why would you put yourself in that position because you lost a soccer game.”

Williams was indicted on assault and drug possession charges from a February arrest involving threats made against his bodyguard, according to USA Today.

Williams was arrested Feb. 29 on a separate misdemeanor battery charge in Gainesville after a store employee at Leslie’s Pool Supplies On Dawsonville Highway told authorities the comedian punched him during an argument. He was later released on $5,000 bond.

Williams’ attorney, Drew Findling, told the Associated Press he was granted a $500 bond.

Yvette Shearer, who is handling publicity for Williams’ “Conspiracy Theory 2016” tour, said his Friday show in New Orleans is being rescheduled to May 6. His Saturday show in Bossier City, Louisiana, is being moved to April 30. She said all tickets will be honored on the new dates.
