Lil Durk recently made his way to BET Awards in Los Angeles and had an opportunity to speak with Chewy of Charlotte’s Streetz 103.3. Durk, a native of Englewood, Chicago was asked to offer words of advice to youth from the urban environment.

“Basically just keep going,” Durk responded. “Don’t let nobody say you can’t do it. How we came up, we came from the ghetto. Not eating, no where to sleep. When you do shows and people knowing your music like you somebody. It’s just a blessing to be here.”
