Lil Jay Teases New Song ‘I Remember Them Days’

Lil Jay will get personal in unreleased track “I Remember Them Days.” Listeners can expect Jay to give his account on growing up in Englewood, Chicago, one of the most poverty stricken and violent areas in the nation, and his aspirations for greatness.

The snippet is short, but packs a powerful punch.

Jay raps, “I remember them days when I was on the train/No food on the plate/But now I’m straight/Why these niggas gotta hate/Why niggas be fake/My niggas gonna be rich.”

We are really looking forward to when this drops.

Lil Jay is currently prepping the release of his next mixtape “Sub Double Zero.” No word on the project’s release date, but it is slated to drop soon.
