Lil Mouse is the latest Chiraq artist to welcome former incarcerated rapper Lil Boosie home.
“Welcome home 2 my n*gga @BOOSIEOFFICIAL #SquadShit #Salute #CHIRAQ,” the “Michael Mouse Myers” rapper wrote.
Lil Durk welcomed the “Wipe Me Down” rapper home with an IG post.
“Freed my ni**a real drill,” the caption on Durk’s post read.
Lil Durk previously called for the freedom of incarcerated rapper Lil Boosie.
“Free @BOOSIEOFFICIAL,” he wrote.
Lil Boosie released from the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola Wednesday night after serving four years of an eight-year prison sentence for a drug conviction and probation violation.
Boosie, born Torence Hatch, will remain under parole and probation until 2018, Louisiana Department of Corrections spokesperson Pam LaBorde told The Times-Picayune.
Lil Boosie has yet to issue a statement following his release. He is set to appear at a press conference Monday, March 10 at 1 p.m. at the W Hotel In New Orleans, according to MTV.
