The cause of Lil Peep’s death has now been revealed.
Peep died from an overdose of fentanyl and Xanax, according to a toxicology report from the Pima County Medical Examiner, which was obtained by US Weekly.
The reported states Peep’s death was due to “combined toxic effects of fentanyl and alprazolam.”
Peep, whose real name is Gustav Ahr, died at age 21 on Wednesday, Nov. 15. Peep was found unresponsive on his tour bus last month before his scheduled concert performance in Tucson, AZ.
There were reportedly other drugs in Peep’s system, according to TMZ. Peep also had marijuana, c—— and Tramadol in his system, according to a blood report. His urine samples showed he had powerful opiates in his system, including Hydrocodone, Hydromorphone (Dilaudid), Oxycodone and Oxymorphone.
